Clearly they don't honor their contract, and from all the negative reviews, they clearly don't care. We contracted to have our car transported and agreed to $1,600. When they got the car here, we were told we owed an additional $350. When I told him the contracted amount, he said this was what he was told he had to collect or otherwise he couldn't deliver the car to us. We didn't have much choice and we paid it because we needed our car, but I would never deal with these people again.
HORRIBLE THEY SAY THEY ARE VETERAN OWNED BUT TREATED ME SO DISRESPECTFUL....out and out lied to me and over charged me after the quote and charged another charge on my credit card!!!! BEWARE VERY DISONERABLE
Unbelievably shady and unprofessional service that was provided. I wasn’t made aware of the whereabouts of my truck and it has been over two weeks since they picked it up. They also tried to charge me an extra $950 after I signed the contract.
STAY FAR AWAY!! If I could give a zero I would. We were told we would get our car p/u in Pittsburgh and they would drop off in Tehachapi, Ca. They gave me one price, $1,000, then up’d the price $900. That was one day before they were suppose to pick up my car. So, I canceled with them and the worker, Ronnie kept trying to haggle with me and make it lower.
