History Established in 2012. Regal Animal Hospital was opened in 2012 as a new start up facility. The name was chosen to encompass what we strive to always provide - quality care and service to both the pets and their owners. Dr. Joyce opened the practice after working for 2.5 years in general practice and 2.5 years in emergency medicine. He is currently the sole practitioner at the practice, but his sister plans to join the practice in 2018 after completion of veterinary school.
