I was approached by 2 salesmen to sell my paid off vehicle before I even stepped out of my car for service. No common sense for either of those guys. I have a 2024 MDX type S and they can't even get one this nice so why would anyone downgrade??? The free car wash was pitiful. I had streaks all over the car. I would have rather it stayed dirty. When you need to get service ask for Rob Young. He goes out of his way to make sure that all your needs are met. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and makes you feel like part of the family. If you need any work on your Acura ask for Rob Young. He is the best!!!
Service is always horrible and no one there communicates. One of the reasons i would never buy a car from regal again.
