I want to begin by saying that the service writer I worked with was courteous and professional. I have no complaints regarding his attentiveness or the quality of service provided at the individual level. That said, when comparing my experience at this Acura dealership to the Subaru dealership in Lakeland, the overall level of service is noticeably subpar.
