I love working with Kristen. She gives me confidence about regaining my mobility.
I recently had my second knee replacement and I wish I had come to Regain for the PT for my first knee. Alex, my PT, has been phenomenal. She spends time telling me what each exercise is for Ex. Range of Motion, strengthening, balance. We determine goals together. The experience at Regain has been the polar opposite of my first PT where they pretty much phoned it in. Good PT after my TKR is making a difference in my recovery.
Such a pleasant and helpful place! Alexandra, Heather and the staff gave moves, manipulations, and motivation for full recovery.
Today was my first experience at Regain!! I can't even begin to say enough great things. So much love, so much consideration! Sarah was my therapist, and she was awesome!! I can't wait to go back on Monday-ok, that is a little nuts, but they are already helping me!!
