I had 10 sessions of therapy for my lower back pain last year. I went there with a minor pain, I ended up having major pain after. I had to seek other medical treatments and physical therapy somewhere else to go back to the point when I went there. They never called to follow up for my pain and what they did, except couple times to claim $50-60 for the first session which they forgot to charge me the same day.
