Helpful friendly staff. Unloaded in less than an hour. Smooth check in and out. Loadout guys will help you when needed. I enjoy hauling loads into the Newton plant, the entire staff is polite, professional, and respectful of drivers.
The old reviews are no longer accurate. The entire crew was polite and professional. I arrived this morning at 715 with an 8 am. appointment, got checked in, and had to wait 20 minutes for an open bay, but I was empty and out the gates by 830.
