Very friendly Alicia was awesome and helpful.
Lived here 2 years and loved it. The staff (Yesenia, Tanya and Alicia) are terrific and the maintenance staff are prompt with work orders and hard working. Plus the location is super convenient. Highly recommend them!

Besides being in a great location close to the heart of downtown, there is also a wonderful park right across the street. However, the best part of my experience here has been the staff. The girls in the office are fantastic! So nice and helpful! The maintenance crew have always been prompt, knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend refugio place to anyone looking to live downtown.
