I moved in here about 3 months ago and waited to write a review so I'd have a more experienced opinion. And keep in mind I'm not the easiest person to please So, here it goes....the price for this location is a STEAL! The neighborhood is super close to parks, spray grounds, the river walk and the mall! It seems every weekend we run into another festival while we're just out exploring! It's quiet and very clean and well kept! My apartment is SO NICE! First let me tell you they made me put $1800 deposit down because my daughter had never rented before. She just turned 18 and mind you when I got the apartment it was full of screws all over the floors from them fixing I suppose . light covers were missing off the ceiling fans. One of the ceiling fans was broken. The drain did not drain. There was no hot water cause the hot water tanks are old.the blinds were all broken. The door was broken.
