This organization relies on a small hard working staff and a number of volunteers from local faith-based groups to resettle those who have fled violence in their native countries. God bless the ones who welcome the stranger!

RIM is a small yet mighty organization making a real difference in the lives of asylum seekers in search of a new home in Massachusetts. The committed staff and volunteers offer financial and emotional support as they work with clients toward a goal of independence and greater stability. I am continuously impressed by the passion of the staff and volunteers and by the bravery of the clients.

This group truly changes lives, accepting refugees and those escaping violence to share in the "American Dream" that so many of us have enjoyed. What a blessing to have them working locally. The success stories of the people they have helped are so inspiring. Much of it is grassroots, one-on-one help with the simple things, like driver's license, resume, navigating public transportation and ultimately the celebration of self-sufficiency.
