terrible customer service. They repaired my washer and dryer twice and it still does not work. After spending several hundred dollars on repairs I went in and asked for a discount on a used stackable. I only asked for $50 off and they absolutely refused. That would have been the least they could have done since I originally came in with the intention of purchasing and they talked me into repairing my existing unit. Great place for a decent appliance. Have used them for renovations and rental properties. I have never even been there, only did business over the phone, they knew exactly what I was looking for, delivered it and set it up. Great service! Highly recommend.
Everyone at Refrigerator City is so personable and helpful. Great customer service. We have always found great deals on appliances there for our home as well as our rental property. We recently bought a stove... have it was delivered and set up within hours. Amazing!!!! The people there know what they are doing and are professional and friendly. We will go there again and again.
