New ownership has serious issues regarding communications and pricing, not to mention the receptionist is extremely rude and tacky and handling matters.
Good people
They gave misleading info about their buyback program over the phone. Despite the owner insinuating I was stupid repeatedly, I specificly said refrigerators on the phone and they said OFFER. If your secretaries are so well trained, you shouldn't be having people show up often with refrigerators. The owner cared little about the money I'd lost investing in aquiring refrigerators for them based on the obvious miscommunication, and wouldn't offer any remedy such as taking any of them for free.
Super nice people work here and provide great service. Also, the best prices I've found. Beats the prices I've seen online! I'll be coming back for any future HVAC/refrigerant needs
