HORRIBLE first impression. I called this company to ask a simple question about refrigerant im selling, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of helping, he told me I “need to educate myself before calling.” Completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential customers, I can’t imagine how they handle actual business. I won’t be contacting them again.
