the technician showed up a little early but stated that it was the time he was given to be there. He replaced the thermostat in my greenhouse in a very short amount of time. I called this company last year and they did just as great a job as they did today

We had a Bosch mini-split installed in our primary bedroom back in 2018 and it's been working great. Recently my wife has been complaining that it smells when being used. Refreshed responded quickly to my request for a quote. They listened to my needs and gave me a number of options. The installers were thoroughly professional and we are very happy with our new minisplit system.
We were to have the units installed, old units taken away, and all done in 3 days. Chris and Nicholas were pleasant, efficient, and were able to explain what they did, and how the equipment worked. Can't wait to use the heat tonight!
