Amazing service. I felt wonderful And more alive after I received my service!!
Really disappointing experience with Refreshd. Scheduling was confusing, communication was poor, and the nurse showed up 30 minutes late with no explanation. The nurse seemed rushed and not attentive at all, the last thing you want when you're paying premium pricing for a medical service. Not to mention the nurse had to stick me 3 different times and left bruising all over my arms. The setup felt unorganized and overall experience didn't match the the level of quality they advertise. Cecilia was the nurse I had, and she came out to my house, super rude, honestly personal hygiene was an issue for her as well, I felt scared and was thinking what I got myself into, as maintaining sterility before poking me with the huge needle was a concern, sorry just not for me.
I tried Refreshd Mobile IV Therapy in Palm Springs after a rough night and they were a lifesaver! The nurse showed up to my hotel room super quick and was really professional. Started feeling like myself again in less than an hour. If you need to bounce back fast, definately call Refreshd!
Cecilia was fantastic! She arrived on time was super sweet and walked me through all of my options!
