I was referred to Lynnel at Refresh Massage by Kelly Willis. Absolutely a blessing, she has helped me so much. I was unable to stand on my feet but I am getting more movement every time which is twice a week. My back feels stronger and I look forward to every appointment. Thank you to the friendly staff and never having to wait for an appointment’.
When my back begins to hurt there’s only one thing that I need to do, that it make an appointment at Refresh with Kirsten. She has been relieving my pain for years. Kirsten has many items in her treatment “tool kit” acupuncture is # 1 for me, but she knows exactly what I need to allow me to remain functional in my busy life! Thanks Kirsten! Refresh is the best!
Dr. Lynelle is the best chiropractor ever. Super caring and always helpful. She is extremely knowledgeable so fun to talk to. Makes chiro fun and comfortable.
I have been seeing Kirsten for over a year. I look forward to my treatments as I always feel good afterwards. My pain has decreased and I have been able to cut my pain meds in half. Everyone is so friendly which always improves ones day.
