Absolutely wonderful experience at Refresh Salon & Spa. I came in with hair that honestly needed some serious rescue, and Belle handled it with such skill, patience, and care. She listened carefully, offered thoughtful suggestions, and transformed everything into a look that feels fresh, polished, and very “me.” A special highlight to Kimiya who did a fantastic job on my daughter’s hair. I loved my experience at Refresh Salon & Spa. Everyone was very kind and welcoming. I needed private space and they accommodated me. Belle did a great job with my perm and trim. I’m really happy with the results and I will be coming back for future cuts.
