The services were great but then all of a sudden they cancelled my appointments without notice and then said the shop is shutting down at the end of the month yet they kept charging me a membership fee and won't honour my banked services. Really feel scammed here. And the hair removal hardly worked. I had done 10 treatments yet my hair is still growing but kind of patchy. Have friends who went to other places and they had much better success with less procedures.
Nicole performed an excellent job with me throughout my laser hair removal process. At first I was hesitant to get a laser hair treatment because my previous laser hair removal sessions with a different firm didn't go as well and I spent a lot of money. However, she gave me a detailed explanation of how the treatment's process and procedures would go and gave me her word that I would notice improvement. Refresh Evolution Spa excels at quality service. I work with Nicole who I find extremely knowledgeable- Bringing her 20+ years of medical esthetics and combining that with her lovely bedside manner equates to a consistent positive experience. Totally trust her with my skin!
All the ladies here are amazing! Machine was broken so I was unable to do the treatment I had booked in for, but they accommodated by offering the most amazing facial on the house you rock ladies thank you so much!
Had my second Jetpeel with Nicole- she is an amazing medical technician, who gives a fabulous facial. Looking forward to another soon:)
