Had to get a root canal done at the the Medina location. Root canal went fine but the temporary crown came off in a week and it was another week till my appointment. I though no big deal. I got my permanent crown place on and 8 days later it came off. I had to take off work to back in and get it fixed. Now my permanent crown came off again. Best part is they cannot get me in for another week. I will be going elsewhere for my next denist appointment.
The administrative staff here are top notch. They handled the scheduling and billing like true pros. Dr. K is a pleasant man but I had to go back three times for one filling. The first time he did not add the filling between the teeth. The second time an assistant took 1 hour to do a 10 minute procedure and yelled at me when I couldn't get my jaw open any more than I did.
