I originally gave this place 5 stars a few months ago but now they are terrible. Not only did they chip my tooth and have to fix it on my last visit but I tried to give them another chance and they failed miserably. The receptionist they had on staff today was not the usual woman and she was crass and unprofessional. I got a new insurance company in January and asked her to update my insurance. Still waiting for my 3:00 appointment at 4:30... the temp in here is beyond cold. This is miserable.
Took my daughter to an appointment today to have her teeth cleaned and a cavity taken care of. Unfortunately due to the roads and other drivers we were 15 minutes late. They would not see her. They said that because she was a new patient it would set the rest of their day behind. I can’t imagine that they have never been behind schedule and caused the rest of their patient’s day to run behind and hope that they would be forgiving. I very rarely do reviews but my experience with Refresh Dental in Medina was great. I broke a tooth and got a same day appointment and recently got my permanent crown in. Dr.Liu is a true professional. You earned my relationship for my dental needs and I thank you!

I have been going to this dentist for 3 years now. When they had staff change. Their customer service went down. They don't work with the patient and try to do work that isn't necessary or covered by insurance.
