Trying to save a tooth with a root canal and getting better insurance, led to me going back to refresh dental. They seem to have a high turn over of dentists. They said they couldn't drill derp enough to do the root canal, leaving me in a bad way. I'm getting another opinion from a unaffiliated Dentist. Not Happy with Refresh Dental at this point!
My daughter received a letter in the mail informing her that if she were to schedule a dental exam by the end of December that she would receive a free teeth-whitening kit. When we called, we were told there were no appointments that would fit her schedule so we threw out the letter. The office called at the end of December to say they did have an appointment, but my daughter would have to cut a holiday trip short to make it.
