My experience was terrible.. I would not refer anyone to refresh , especially the Chagrin Blvd. Location.
RecommendedWhy are they closed, Emma took care of me. Financially and physically. When they closed I had to Shaker office and the manager is so unprofessional I almost lost it. This person did not submit the xrays my insurance company asked for so they could not make a determination. This person tells me that they won’t finish the procedure unless I pay the whole bill even though I have been paying for 6 months and she is the holdup. My experience today was awful. A restoration had come off and the tooth was in terrible shape. I had temporarily reattached it and explained that I didn’t think there was enough tooth left to do another restoration. They assured me they could. After two failed attempts they were going to leave me with a very decayed, open tooth. I explained that was unacceptable and they did a makeshift fix that is very rough and doesn’t even look like a tooth. What I needed was a bridge.
