The actual dental work has been good. The appointment set up/ billing/ customer service from a couple people…. Not so good. I was told my insurance will only let me go if the cleanings are 6 months or more apart and if it’s a day under it won’t be covered. I asked if they could check into that as I switched insurance plans. 6 months later the day before my appointment they said the same thing and I’d have to wait a few weeks until it was past that 6 month mark.
