Horrible front desk staff. I returned home without seeing the doctors. The lady in the front desk had no manners to talk. May be she saw a different color person other than hers so she was rude to me. Be careful while visiting this place, be prepared to face the discrimination. I and my family, friends, relatives and my community will never ever visit this place. Horrible harrible treatment
I regret ever coming here. I am having to have a second tooth pulled due to bad dental work. Both crowns on each of these teeth have failed causing infection that ate away at the bone forcing the extraction. I haven’t even been able to get an implant from the first loss. Which by the way, this dental office gave me a written estimate of $10,000 for. One tooth, $10,000 plus dollars. My experience was terrible.. I would not refer anyone to refresh , especially the Chagrin Blvd. Location.
I was so pleased with your office and Dr. Edelheit. The staff were friendly and very professional. Thank you for seeing me today, even though I had never been there before I was given an appointment right away.
Very Unorganized office. I have been calling for months and every time I call, I'm told their computers "JUST" shut down and that they will call me back in the morning and NEVER do. They have messed up a crown 4 times. The girl in charge of sending and receiving from the labs is very rude and careless. The last time I came in, the dentist apologized for his dental assistant and told me he will need to take a 3RD casting of my temporary crown because they have the wrong crown yet again. they removed my old filling and recommended a new crown . i signed my treatment plan and paid my portion($376.60) at the time of treatment. months later i got a bill for $388.40. because the insurance company think it's not a necessary treatment so they only covered a filling cost. they said they gonna take care of it .that was a last fall. now i'm keep getting a bills that i don't even responsible for. how can we trust a doctor's treatment from now on. if there is a 0 star rating available, i will give it a 0.
Went in and spoke to Alex and DR. Rita to see the work I needed done, sent the pre authorizations to the wrong company, they took another few weeks and several calls to get authorization sent in. My goal was to find out the work needed, Have had TMJ's for 35 years. Its not worth going into with all of you. My daughter received a letter in the mail informing her that if she were to schedule a dental exam by the end of December that she would receive a free teeth-whitening kit. When we called, we were told there were no appointments that would fit her schedule so we threw out the letter. The office called at the end of December to say they did have an appointment, but my daughter would have to cut a holiday trip short to make it.
