I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this office because of their unprofessional handling of an overpayment situation that I am dealing with. I have called at least 15 times in the past several months after finding out that my insurance companies both paid after I self-paid a service in March. I get sent to voice mail or told they will "look into it" and then I never receive a callback, or even an itemized statement which I have requested.
