Dr. John Matta, at Refresh Dental - Boardman, 99 Debartolo Place, and his super staff (Lisa, Faith, Tammy, and Mary) are excellent, welcoming, and so friendly. I suffered with an extremely painful, badly cracked and infected tooth cut down to the jaw bone which needed extracted ASAP. Since my dentist had moved out of town, I had to search for a new dentist who would see me as soon as possible and also accept my insurance. Dr. Matta, at the Refresh Dental facility at 99 Debartolo Pl. Boardman, Ohio and his super staff (Lisa, Faith, Tammy, and Mary) are excellent, welcoming, and so friendly. I had a very painful, badly cracked tooth which needed extracted immediately, and even though I had never been to the office, the staff at Refresh were caring and compassionate about my situation and scheduled me to see Dr. Matta immediately. These comments pertain to the facility at 99 Debartolo Pl., Boardman, OH, where I had taken my elderly mom for an initial examination as a new patient. We were seen first by two very personable and caring hygienist staff, Faith and Kim, for xrays, initial evaluation and documentation, prior to being seen by the dentist, Dr. Matta, for further evaluation and treatment advice.
