Horrible it’s a scam
When I first went to Refresh I liked the doctor and hygenist. I scheduled for a crown and two fillings . I scheduled for that waited 2 hours and had to leave before the fillings were done impression was taken for the crown the dentist said the crown would be back in 2 weeks is was around Christmas so I figured there would be a delay My appointment was reschedule because my crown wasn’t back . NEVER go there...they will hand you dental evaluation sheets saying urgent work needed. High pressure out of pocket evaluations. Hounding you to get it done. Not true! Get second opinion. I am $4000 in debt on borrowed money, sitting in another dentist chair getting root canals on crowns she did that I never needed. Evil!

I am sorry to say that I cannot recommend this office because of their unprofessional handling of an overpayment situation that I am dealing with. I have called at least 15 times in the past several months after finding out that my insurance companies both paid after I self-paid a service in March. I get sent to voice mail or told they will "look into it" and then I never receive a callback, or even an itemized statement which I have requested. Dr. Matta, at the Refresh Dental facility at 99 Debartolo Pl. Boardman, Ohio and his super staff (Lisa, Faith, Tammy, and Mary) are excellent, welcoming, and so friendly. I had a very painful, badly cracked tooth which needed extracted immediately, and even though I had never been to the office, the staff at Refresh were caring and compassionate about my situation and scheduled me to see Dr. Matta immediately. My experience was terrible.. I would not refer anyone to refresh , especially the Chagrin Blvd. Location.
Very Unorganized office. I have been calling for months and every time I call, I'm told their computers "JUST" shut down and that they will call me back in the morning and NEVER do. They have messed up a crown 4 times. The girl in charge of sending and receiving from the labs is very rude and careless. The last time I came in, the dentist apologized for his dental assistant and told me he will need to take a 3RD casting of my temporary crown because they have the wrong crown yet again.
