Southwoods Campus, Boardman, OH, Refresh Dental, Dr. Matta. I chose one star because there is no ZERO choice. Told to come early, we sat for over an hour before being called back for service. Then my sister told me she sat for another hour in a room by herself. When I asked for info about what was going on, the office workers were no help with my concerns. They were very inconsiderate. We were there 2 1/2 hours, and my sister told me whatever the dentist did took him a total of 20 minutes!! This group of people need not wor... read more

Dr. Matta, at the Refresh Dental facility at 99 Debartolo Pl. Boardman, Ohio and his super staff (Lisa, Faith, Tammy, and Mary) are excellent, welcoming, and so friendly. I had a very painful, badly cracked tooth which needed extracted immediately, and even though I had never been to the office, the staff at Refresh were caring and compassionate about my situation and scheduled me to see Dr. Matta immediately.
