When Refresh sent only one person in the morning to do the cleaning of 4 bedrooms, hallway, stairs and family room, I was concerned. After 5 hours, Eaton arrived to assist. His delay was not of his or the company's doing, but rather just an unforeseeable circumstance. Long story short - while it took way longer than expected, the results are nothing short of incredible! Refresh Carpet & Upholstery did an amazing job cleaning my carpets and rug! I'm very pleased with the service and timeliness of the job. There were a few stains on my carpet that I could not get out myself which Refresh Carpet & Upholstery were able to make disappear. I definitely recommend them!
