Jose and Gabriel were phenomenal to work with. Kept me informed on all aspects of my new AC unit installation. Upfront with everything from what the install will look like and how much it would cost. Gabriel came out and gave me a quote I agreed signed the contract when it came time to start the job Gabriel Told me he would call me on Monday and schedule a day that week And has ghosted me ever since will not text or call me back so I don’t know where we stand. I’ve wasted a month and a half waiting on this company and it doesn’t look like they’re showing up. They will not respond. I don’t even know where we stand. I can’t imagine they would ever do any warranty work. Stay away from this company.

Refresh Air Installed the wrong size unit and cut out the drywall behind the unit just to try to make it fit in the HVAC closet. Tried to talk to them about correcting the issue and it seemed like they would take care of it. Now they don't pick up the phone.
