Avoid this practice and their gifted testing at all cost if you feel that your child may be gifted and especially if your child is particularly intellectually complex and might have twice exceptionality. Reframe Psychology specifically Dr Mendlowitz is great. She used evidence based CBT to help me reframe my thoughts, and it really changed me as a person. I am so thankful for her guidance and counseling. Since then I am a happier, more confident person thanks to her.
