I felt very welcomed and everyone I encountered was helpful and nice.
Right from the start, Reanna was incredibly helpful in setting up our appointment and helping me finish the paperwork seamlessly. Jason Cole is absolutely fantastic, immediately making us feel comfortable and genuinely heard. His expertise truly shines through. In the past, we have found it difficult to find the right fit in counseling, and now I feel that we have finally done it!
The staff at Reframe was awesome for my first experience.. especially Reanna.. my meeting with Linda was equally awesome.. she was concerned, listened to my issues and genuinely interested in providing me with suggestions how to improve my situation! Great group!!!!
I recently moved from Ohio to North Carolina and needed to find a therapist to quickly transition to. I had a lot on my plate with the move and needed assistance with the new patient forms. Reanna was very kind, understanding and professional with helping me get them completed and understand exactly what I needed to do. My therapist, Victoria, has been great so far and I am excited to continue under her care. It's only been a week or so, but I would recommend Reframe Counseling Services based on my experience so far.
