The staff was really helpful and really took interest in what we were doing. They helped us better than I would of ever imagined and gave us a good price.
I was building a smaller foundry thus a small order, they made every effort to answer all my questions and treated me, despite being and amatuer with a small order as a valued cutomer. I sent a friend to the warehouse to pick up the order for me which was ready and they loaded it for her. I rarely post reviews but this company deserves a glowing one.
I am a glass blower from Elkhart, Kansas. I have worked with Mike Carter for the past 15 years. Mike and everyone at Refractories West have helped me so much with all of the equipment in my studio. Mike knows all of the equipment that I have built over the past 15 years so we don't have to start over every time I need something.
