This place is the best! You always feel welcome. I have some arthritis and Pilates is the way to go for low impact workouts that don't hurt your joints. I go for one on one lessons because I need that kind of concentration. Sometimes I feel sorry for my instructor because of how I am! Great place and people.
Soothing atmosphere, polite and knowledgeable staff. I haven’t worked out in years, so was very intimidated. Within 10 minutes, got over my insecurities. So excited about class this evening. There is a reason they make Indy's A list every year!
I had the opportunity for a semi-private session with Kat, yesterday. She is an excellent teacher! I highly recommend this studio and of course a session/class with Kat!
I attended the Cardio Core fitness class. It was my first class in Reforming Indy Pilates and my first formal workout in over six months, so I needed a lot of modifications. I was able to follow the class (for the most part!). It was very challenging, but not overwhelming. I felt welcome right away by the other attendees and the instructor. The studio is beautiful, and once I'm not quite so stiff, I'll be back!
