After a review of our records, your roommates received and cashed their refund checks in August. We understand how frustrating it is that your check was lost in the mail. A stop check order was placed and a new refund check was mailed to your new address.
It has now been 74 days since I moved out and I have yet to receive my security deposit back. The first check they said they sent apparently got lost in the mail. Do yourself a favor: Run away from them. Even zero star does not do the justice for their service and how they treat tenants and properties. Have seen lots of horribly aggressive property management throughout the years and across many states and this one stands out as the worst on my list.
Wish I couldn’t leave a star at all. This company is the WORSE! I have read others stated how this company treat government assisted clients, Section 8 etc. I’m here to tell you it’s TRUE! I lived at 2138 S.Roxboro St and this is what I had to live with-20 bowls around my place for gnats. The plumbing is terrible. The staff is rude and add things to rent without explaining.
