Absolutely horrible. Was using Reformation Asset Management (RAM) to manage multiple duplexes - I live out of state - consistently had a low % of places rented vs. the area's average, was constantly given excuses, staff changed frequently, tenants were ignored, etc, etc. Statements were not up to date on the portal they used, and many months were completely missing.
