Wonderful classes and instructors!
Lexi kept the class moving with a great pace. The workout was challenging, but she did such a good job keeping your mind off the tough moves that I was shocked by how quickly the class flew by. Great energy and a fantastic instructor!
Truly the best in Madison! Tried this incredible studio after moving & found so much more than a place to strengthen my body (but every part of myself). I have never received as much individualized attention as I have at this studio with focus on form above all and truly challenging your body until its shaking (Liz ~ i'm looking at you!). Took the beginner classs with Julia and I loved it!! This class is definitely a workout for anyone at any level, would highly recommend!! Julia has great vibes and is such an encouraging coach throughout the class
