Loved the classes! This is intense Pilates- it pushes your body much more than a normal reformer class which is exactly what I like. That being said, most people can do it, but if you are new- show up early and learn the machine. It will take some classes to get used to, but is so worth it. Don’t show up late and physically out of shape and then be mad you didn’t get personal training- it’s a group class and is not easy. Most studios wouldn’t even let you in if you’re late- it’s disrupting to the rest of the group.

I'm addicted to this form of workout and specifically from this place! All of the teachers are so kind and challenge you individually while praising you when you do things well. Lucy specifically was so accommodating and corrected quietly but praised loudly, which I really appreciate as a beginner. They also know everyone by name and respond to emails and messages quickly. I genuinely cannot talk about this place enough, 10/10 recommend.

Lexi kept the class moving with a great pace. The workout was challenging, but she did such a good job keeping your mind off the tough moves that I was shocked by how quickly the class flew by. Great energy and a fantastic instructor!
