They were very helpful every time I came.. Sometimes I had my son with me and he can be very rambunctious but they always helped me with keeping him entertained with sensory tools and sometimes even letting him help massage my back. Very grateful to all the staff members who helped make me feel comfortable after such uncomfortable experience. Sincerely Michael DeBakey
