Dr. Lam as well as all staff members were welcoming while asking pertinent questions. Each one explained procedures: the why and how as well as outcome of the eye exam.. I was given choices on how I wanted to proceed. This was excellent in all regards.
They were highly recommended by someone I know so I bought my first set of glasses last year. This year my entire family and I switched optometrists and decided to get our exams done with Dr. Lam, and we all left very satisfied. I love that they have a great selection of glasses and name brand. We have had a great experience and everyone is super nice. Dr. Lam is very knowledgeable Shoutout to Stephen he is amazing and always willing to help and answer all my questions.
