No problems with the doctors, but some of the office staff are incompetent, and I don't receive emails from their system, even though I have no problems with other offices and businesses. The process of selecting and ordering my glasses was a hassle, and getting my PD documented was too, but ordering contacts was worse. I called to order 6 months of contact lenses and was told I had funds in my allowance for them, plus an extra box. Dr. Lam & Dr. Parkins are both amazing optometrists. The equipment they have access to helps makes the process easy and relatively fast. They are thorough and explain the process and help get the most out of your optometric visit. The only improvement feedback I would give would be a better/optimized lens/frame purchasing experience and lens replacement experience. Have had to do both with my latest checkup and the process for picking lenses/frames is slow and convoluted and takes up most of the appointment time. Same with a... read more
