The staff was very friendly and helpful which is so important when going to a low vision evaluation. Patients like me are already struggling with sight loss and some of us will inevitably lose sight completely, and Dr. Lam and her staff are very patient and empathetic.

Dr. Parkins was amazing! She was incredibly thorough during my eye exam and really took her time with everything. I appreciate that she double checked my previous prescription before finalizing a new one and even referred me to an eye therapist due to a condition I’m dealing with. I left feeling genuinely hopeful that I’ll finally be able to see more clearly with the prescription she’s putting together for me. I’m actually excited to go back and pick out some new glasses! Highly recommend her.
