Friendly and helpful staff.
Super nice staff who are both knowledgeable and patient. A gentleman ahead of me had about 300 questions and was met with a smile for every single one. They will sit with you and make sure you understand what you’re paying for and what you’re options are.
Everyone was friendly and professional. Excellent service!
Staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
I am a new patient at Refocus Modern Eyecare in Chandler. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was very kind, informative and efficient. The exam was extensive and covered multiple areas of eye health. Dr. Teresa Lam was friendly, professional, and extremely informative about the health of my eyes. I even got to see the actual images taken of them as she explained all the details they revealed. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs. AAAAA+++++
