I was very pleased and impressed by the Cheshire office staff. The front desk was friendly, welcoming and efficient; Farrah was exceptional. She was professional, calm, efficient and friendly. Dr. Oropressa, in addition to the already mentioned qualities was able to instill my confidence in her.
After 5 years of coming to this practice for our eye care and never having to pay a charge we were hit with a co pay of $55 each. Medicare is supposed to pay for 1 visit per year but know they say we are we a speciality group there for you pay the co pay. We can't afford $110 for a eye visit than possibly another $140 for a refraction. Looks like we will be looking for a new eye care group. Dr. Swan and his staff are wonderful. I just can't afford the new price.
Everyone in the office is professional and friendly. Check in is easy as usual the whole process. Dr Swan does a full examination and explains everything to you. I would recommend his practice to anyone. Hedy
