Refloor took away any excitement that we may have had when getting new floors and turned it into a disaster. Refloor states that they can install approximately 1000 sq. ft. of flooring in one-and-a-half days; it took them four visits over 17 days to get our flooring of 544 sq. ft. installed! In removing the old flooring, which they were supposed to haul away, they left it in front of our garage. I caught them using the flooring boxes as shims to try to level the flooring. If I could leave zero stars I would have. TOTAL DISASTER from the beginning screwed up my floor and stairs really bad!!!! Came back to fix the floor and they put a hold in my screen door. Would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
