Used to be great. Been there 2x since change of ownership, both times I get 2 different therapists that put phone next to my head & scroll, with one hand on me. 10 minutes with left hand on a single spot on my neck before I have ask to move on. Irritating, but I'm still there to relax so another 10 minutes goes by when the owner brings in plumber. How do I know? Their conversation at full volume & construction noise are not relaxing.
