I was disappointed in my experience here. I went in for a haircut and partial highlights. I had a picture for the haircut I wanted (I’d had it done before) and the haircut I received was not at all what I had requested. The highlights that were done left my hair brassy, dry, and brittle. I was charged $165. The owner offered to have the haircut fixed but they were super busy and she couldn’t accommodate me until later in the day.
