I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars! To say I had a good experience is an understatement. From the moment I scheduled my appointment to the visit itself. I will definitely be returning and recommending to anyone I know that needs it.
Staff was extremely helpful and professional. Made me feel at ease.
It saddens me how carelessly my appointment was handled. If you are in the community service, mental health, or counseling sector it is imperative you hire competent and caring employees. I received a voicemail confirming my appointment for 5pm with Latoya. Never receive my video e mail and tried calling in just to be ignored. After I asked why my appointment was cancelled to the same person who left the voicemail said it was because I did not sign consent forms.
