My family and I registered at Reflex Medical Center yesterday and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Dr. Akinsete was incredibly kind and took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, making us feel completely at ease. Tarek, the pharmacy manager, was equally helpful and welcoming. The girls at the reception don’t care for people’s lives. Every time I call to make an appointment, they tell you there is no spot…. I called because I had an emergency…. And needed to see my family doctor but they couldn’t set an appointment for me. What is someone supposed to do if they have an emergency? Look for another hospital? I bet the doctors are not aware about this.
5:30pm appointment, it’s 7:15pm and I’m still waiting. What’s the point of having an appointment!
Waste of time. They tell you to send your info online to get a family doctor , they take your info and never contact you again. Tried getting hold of them for a week after they asked for my information, and they kept ignoring me. Not sure what's going on with their front desk staff but that's definitely a good way to ruin a business' name.
