Very thorough, work with you even though insurance company makes Reflex and us as patients work hard for a treatment. They do the leg work, and we have to wait. But they get you nursed along, til insurance decides when you can get further treatment. Much appreciated.
Do your research before spending a big chunk of money here. Know your dosage for blood draw and how many platelets you should be getting. I get the feeling they care more about money then patients.
I could not say enough great things about reflex knee… the staff is amazing…
Both my knees are to the bone-on-bone state. HA shots have made hiking possible for many years. I replaced one recently through another agency - do not undergo a complete replacement lightly. It is 3-4 months of constant pain, & lack of sleep. The HA shots delayed it for 5 years for me - Reflex makes that pretty painless -- At this point, I'd recommend continuing HA longer, before choosing a more invasive option.
The staff is so caring and supportive throughout my intake appointment. I appreciated the time they took explaining every step of the process. It was great to make a fully informed decision when selecting a treatment plan from the options presented by the doctor.
