Nico has truly done an outstanding job transforming my hair. I have gone from copper cowboy, traditional brown, to finally sticking with blonde. She has so much patience for my thick head of hair and gives it a lot of attention. She also is consistent with my time and hers, I used to go from sitting in a salon chair for 6-8 hours to going to 4 with her expertise. Ema T is the absolute best!! she is such a warm person, she genuinely cares so much and is a great listener! She was so understanding and kind about my hypothyroidism and hair loss. We had amazing conversation and I walked away with the best haircut i’ve had in Chicago! I can’t wait to go back! Highly recommend!!
absolutely love this place - Maria is the best!! overall great salon, a bit pricey but it is Chicago and I'd say it's worth it!! they also have complimentary snacks have gone dark brown --> blond and back to dark brown again and then a slightly lighter brunette. haircuts always slap and I always get compliments on my hair from family and friends
Marissa was able to correct my hair from a reddish orange hue caused by permanent dye my old stylist applied back to chocolate brown. My hair was washed twice during the visit (love that!) and blow dried with a round brush at the end. Service was excellent and reasonably quick. Highly recommend this salon.
