First time customer. Excellent job bringing a 2010 Navigator back to life, both interior and exterior. Immediately made appointment for sons truck.
So impressed with the interior detail of my car! Roger was very friendly, flexible, and fair with pricing. He got into every nook and cranny and I cannot recommend him enough!!
I had some leather seats that weren't in the best shape, scratches, cracks, everything that comes with a 20+ year old car. I called about 30 shops for quotes on leather repair, out of the 30 that claimed to do it on their website only 4 said they still do it. Out of those 4 only 2 people provided quotes. Roger did an incredible job cleaning the interior of my Jeep. I have a 3 year old and between him and not cleaning the inside for some months, Roger was more than willing to tackle the situation. I can’t thank him enough for the amazing work he did and I will be sure to recommend him to anyone I know! If you’re thinking of getting your car detailed, there is no better out there than Roger. My cat had emergency surgery and on the long drive home she had an accident on my front passenger leather seat. I cleaned it the best I could but couldn’t get the smell out! I found Reflective detail through a mutual friend. Roger made no promises but said he would try his hardest to get the smell out. He worked on my car a week after the incident.
