I don’t even know where to begin!! Tracy Monticone and her staff at Reflections Wound Care are the reason my son still has both of his legs and able to walk.You WILL NOT find another Caring and Compassionate Group of People. I called them when my son was in severe pain and could barely stand. TLDR: I don’t know what I have done wrong to be treated so poorly. I believe all this could have been avoided with transparency and better communication. Great people that mean well and do a lot of great things. If they did not have the hyperbaric chamber I would not have spent so much time here. It’s very disappointing. They over promise and under deliver. I WILL HAPPILY IF TRACEY WERE TO ACTUALLY CALL ME AND WE CAN HAVE A CONVERSATION TO FIGURE OUT WHAT IS HAPPENING. Mom has seen amazing results since being cared for by the entire staff here at Reflections Wound Care and Wellness Center. The care demonstrated has been a welcome change from past experiences. Her wounds are healing, and her blood pressure has remained low. Thank you, Tracy and team, for your leadership and caring attitude and attention to details.
Great place for woundcare and Hyperbaric and oxygenation. The problem with being good is you're often running late but they are well worth the wait.
