You would think being the oldest car wash in Middleburg they would update this machine, from the cheapest wash (aka rinse and spit) option to the most expensive version of hawk tuahing soap on my car there is with no actual washing power this one was embarrassingto my wallet. 5 stars for rinsing the pollen, 1 star for washing the car.
You suck. Self serve. You suck.
Used my card to do the self service car wash. The machine took 10$ out of my account and it doesn't work!! Looking for a contact number to call and can't find a number and the number that's posted is out of service!! I want my money back!!
The laser washer sprayed me and before I can pull my card out of the machine the wash thing like kicked on right as it was telling me to pull up I mean the Washington like start it just started spraying in the direction of the pay machine so I got wet??? :/
