Cassidy did my high and low lights and said she didn’t have the color I wanted and Armstrong McCall is a few doors down so I should of left and didn’t and then she cut my hair and thinned it out and cut a big chunk out by my ear. Over 2 months and it still hasn’t filled back in. A mistake all the way around.
