While some people might say a treatment center can't save your life, I believe Reflections had a huge part in my lasting sobriety. Staff always had compassion and the best intentions for clients. They were able to provide me with the love a hopeless drug addict would often need. I thrived at Reflections, I saw my peers thrive as well. I'm glad its part of my story.
I thank God every night that my son found Reflections. After trying other places this was the best program I have seen. At Reflections they offer support and most importantly accountability. Honestly when there was times my son messed up I felt like Wow they are too hard on him. I am so thankful they were because all the years that we enabled him that was the last thing he needed. Very simply, I owe my life to this recovery center.
While our sons therapist Dave, appeared top notch, I can't say the same for the rest of the program....even as my son was searching....sober....for a program that more fit his needs....they were actively calling other local establishments asking them to NOT take him! To DENY him treatment he actively sought on his own because Reflections couldn't admit they weren't the right treatment choice for him....so they tried to hinder his recovery, which to me is disgusting.
