I am highly frustrated! Tenant across from my apartment continue to place overflowing trash, furniture and other debris in the hallway and front on my unit. First thing I see and smell when I open my door is trash everywhere!!! This trash stays in the hallway not bagged properly for several days!!! I have complained to management on numerous occasions, and the tenant continue to violate trash policy!!! The gate hasn’t been properly fixed in over 2 weeks and people just wait by the gate to be let in. We’ve had a major incident this past week, the last thing they can do is fix the damn gate for better security and safety. Who are these people if they are residents or guest they should be able to get in easily but they just wait there for 10-15 min at a time to be let in. The complex has gone to absolute crap.
