Reflections assisted me and my sisters with my dad. It was an extremely difficult time but the support from Reflections was amazing. Natasha was a savior. She went above and beyond to support us. From our first exchange with Natasha, we could tell we had someone special. We spoke with Carrie first and she was amazing as well. I would give 10 stars if it let me.
Reflection Hospice is a really amazing agency! They helped me with my mother in 2017 and again this year with my mother-in-law. They were very supportive and explained what to expect. They treated us more like family than someone working with the situation at hand. It felt very personable and helped us through the situation. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone that doesn’t want to feel like a stranger is helping, but ones that are really there for the patient as much as the family.
Unfortunately my Family & I have had to use Reflections 4 times within a 4 year period. FORTUNATELY WE FOUND REFLECTIONS!! IN THE MOST HORRIBLE TIME in a LOVED ONES LIFE we all need to have kind, loving, sensible experienced care givers! That is what Reflections is! They kept us up-to-date on everything we needed! My mom was diagnosed with cancer and moved in with me with very little time left to share with me. I needed help as I live alone. Carrie was our hospice worker. She was wonderful and I don't know that I would have been able to make it without her. The kindness she showed us was incredible. My mom passed quickly and was not in pain. Carrie is now my friend and I hope she knows what a beautiful person she is and how much her help meant to me.
I have had Reflections step in with 3 family members. Both my mom and Dad also my Mother- in-love. With all 3 in was a journey but the care they received and the amount of love and support I got was immeasurable. Jessica, Karrie, Brittany they were wonderful. My Dad had some issues that needed attending every day. Jessica was there every morning about 8am to give treatment.
