We stayed in Apartment 14 (3 bedroom, 2 bathroom) and were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness. The carpets were dirty and in need of a professional clean, and there was visible dirt on the floors with the tiled areas sticky underfoot. The ensuite counter had not been cleaned, with sand left on the counter, and the shower still had hair inside. We paid extra for a room with a private jacuzzi. It didn't work and when we asked for a refund of the difference, we haven't received it. It's very old and run down.

From the moment we walked in, it was such a lovely atmosphere. The view is stunning, it was seriously therapeutic. Plus, the location was perfect. We were right in the heart of everything, so it was super easy to get around and explore but also tucked away by the riverfront. The best part was the staff, They were so friendly and helpful, they made us feel like so welcomed. I'm not kidding, they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
